Electrical Issues after swap

I've been having a few issues after doing my automatic to manual swap on my 03 Gk Tiburon (4cyl). After doing a complete swap of the engine electrical harness I got my car to start a run good. However, after getting my A/C professional charged we quickly noted that my Compressor wouldnt start.... relays, fuses, all check out.

THEN! My cruise control no longer works. Went to activate the cruise control module and nothing happens. Im starting to get frustrated because the only 2 issues I had during the swap are my A/C and my Cruise Control.

Any idea's?

Current Issues:

A/C Compressor will not power on - Fuses good, relay good.
Cruise Control wont engage - Clutch Pedal switch is good when released.
Door Chime will not sound.
