Newb stock 05 GT need paint job?

I bought a nice 05 GT new and after the 4th year all of the Fiberglass parts are fading, front, rear, gas cap, front/rear spoiler. I was thinking about getting them repainted I got quotes from 3 body shop and all 3 quoted around $1400 to repaint the faded parts and 1200 to repaint the whole car the same midnight blue with a 3yr warranty, which didn't make allot of sense to me.

I've heard that this was a well known problem, Hyundai used the same paint formulated for steel on the fiberglass. How much has everyone else spent on a paint job? Does anyone know a good body shop around Sarasota, FL?
