This doesn't appear stock..

Hi guys, i recently just purchased a 2003 tiburon gt. GREAT CAR. I love it more than anything..no joke. added a injen SRI, love that too. However i have a question. It seems like a new pipe was welded on after the cat. Im not sure what was done if anyone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated. Also i still haven't been able to tell what make of headers are on the car..its driving me nuts.
