I replaced EVERYTHING in the thread title. The guys at the local shop check my CEL (it cam on) and said my car needs to relearn the correct ratio for the O2's, the right pressure in the manifold and the right spark of the new plugs. Around 20-50 miles and they say it SHOULD turn off.

Now, the code it threw, while I don't recall the # was for high temps in the cyclinders... I figure this is due to the 2 new upper O2 sensors. But, that CEL is a pain, and while looking around. I saw people on alot of other Tibby an Hyundai forums say you need to reset the ECU after most engine work or your CEL will come on. They claim if you take it to a shop, they reset it and that is why you don't see it when you get the car back. However, if done at home...you have to reset it. They suggest the following steps:

Quote:

here is a MUCH easier way to reset the ecu in the 2003+ hyundai tiburon/coupe/tuscani

-turn the car off....
-lift the hood/bonnet
-open the fuse box
-remove both fuses listed as being "ECU" from the diagram under the cover
-wait 5 minutes and replace fuses

DONE ... this doesnt reset your clock or radio station presets either
Sound about right?:3_confuse
