I'm having some issues with my setup at the moment. Ever since I had the car I've had weird battery issues, so after a local dealership offered to help they found that my FIC unit is hooked directly to my battery. So it's constantly draining my battery when the car's off. I can't find anyone local who can help with this issue so I'm coming on here to see if anybody has any suggestions. If my power wire is hooked up directly to the battery, is there any chance of running an ignition relay that will cut power when the car is off? Or am I looking at having to have my entire FIC rewired? Also, had a friend offer to put in a toggle switch but I'm trying to sell the car so I'd rather not do that as I feel like it's gonna be a big inconvenience for a future owner. Sorry for the book. I appreciate the help. Also, if anyone's in PA and is good with AEM FIC's and would be willing to help I'm more than willing to pay to get this taken care of.
