Header O2 ?

Hello fellow Tib owners,

Kewl little cars we drive, I just had a few questions about exhaust header

Will 04-06 2.0l GS header fit my 2008 GS?
What are the differences between the 03-06 exhaust/intake systems and 07-08?
If I get a CEL can it be deleted?
Is the CEL warning harmful (like does it damage engine by not reading correct O2 readings?
Is it not the same engine since 98? So wouldn’t any header work with custom welding?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
