Immobilizer Key Blanks and Cutting

As discussed in other threads, Canadian Tiburon from 04-06 were made with immobilizer keys.

In other words using a normal key cut perfectly won't start the car. The black part of the key contains a chip which allows the car to start.

I just recently broke the key I usually use. Now I am using my spare.

Because of that....I've ordered this in order not to be raped by the dealer.

Can this key now only be cut by the dealer? Or can I go to any key place?
