Few Questions on an 03 i4-2.0

I've got an automatic Inline 4 2.0 tiburon.
110,000 Miles
- Res delete
- Air intake

1) Turbo system + Turbo kit (Ebay brand) is like 500 all together; is it worth it?
- What are the ups and downs?
- would i have to rebuild engine or change comp ratio/piston sizes

2) Where could i fnid a nice sounding catback for cheap? i was told the ebay brands sounded like ricers

3) What about cheap/good headers?

Yes i know you cannot mix cheap and good, but try to understand where im coming from
