Hi,
Bought myself a 2006 Tuscani last week, love the car, but don't know a whole lot about the mechanics (yet).
Came with AEM Cold Air Intake System, Drilled and Slotted Front and Back Brake Rotors, Front Strut Brace, Rear Strut Bar, Sway bars, Custom Short Shifter, and Lowered on Lowering Springs. Love it.
Yesterday a friend pointed out a howling that seems to be coming from the back that steadily increases in pitch as I speed up, but does not change with gear shifts or engine speed. I'm guessing rear wheel bearing, but that just seems like a strange thing to wear after 80,000kms (50,000 miles).
Any thoughts on the best way to diagnose this? Like to know what I'm dealing with before I take go to a dealer to get it fixed!
Look forward to perusing the wisdom encapsulated on this forum.
Cheers,
N
