installed stage 1 led kit...

I just installed the Diode Dynamics stage 1 led interior upgrade kit and not a single one of them work?

map lights x 2
door lights x 2
license plate x 2
glove box x 1
trunk x 1

not a single one is working? what's up?

EDIT:

one license plate and the trunk smd are working but the rest are DOA I presume...I tried switching the bulb directions to no avail...
