Headlight Vent Scoop ???

I am looking how I made a Headlight Vent Scoop to connected to my Air Intake, I saw on a few Cars but I don't see on a 2007-2009 Tib some friend tell me that mod make 15WHP on the Dyno on his Honda, I find some one can make me the job for $80.00:3_headsha but I know I can DMS if I find the right tools & parts..:3_nosthum
