Does a Tiburon get better with age?

Well normally I get about 250miles to a tank... (about 20-21MPG)

Recently I did my own..
-Clutch (about 6 months ago)
-Front Rotors, Front Calipers, Front Brake Hose, Front Brake Pads for Ceramics (3 Weeks ago)
-Swapped front left tire for rear right tire
-Havent replaced Oil in the 9 months Ive owned it (was replaced when I first bought it, I need to do it :()

First fill up after work got 280ish miles (30 extra miles) (about 22-23 MPG)

Now on this fill up I am sitting at about 188 miles and my car is just under half a tank (about 28MPG)

I am doing about 40% City 60% Highway +- 5%

My tibby is a
2003(2002 built) V6 6-Speed

Is that normal? :3_shiny:
