I did a tune up today (plugs, wires, air filter) on my 07 Tiburon GT. What a pita that I had to remove the throttle body and intake manifold. I reconnected everything the same way that was disconnected. When I started my car it instantly stalled. I restarted and gave it some gas to keep it running. It made a weird hissing noise and when given more gas it popped, like it was going to backfire. When turning it off there was a strong smell of gasoline. What can be causing this problem? It seems that the air/fuel mix is wrong. I cant help but think a sensor or relay or something went wrong. I have done over 10 tune-ups and I know that the plugs and wires are installed correctly; however the clerk at the auto parts store checked the gaps of the plugs, not me. So I reinstalled the old plugs and wires, and still the same thing. PLEASE HELP!!!
