So. A noise. Im finally tired of it and going to fix it. :)

So ive had this noise for maybe 3 weeks now, i noticed it maybe 3 weeks ago after turning the car on around 2am when i got off work. At first i was only a little and it went away after a bit, like after the car warmed up. Then i started hearing faint squeaking only on cold nights and figured it was just a bad belt or something so i chose to leave it till i had my parts to do the timing belt and water pump since I'm sure its something on that side of the engine. But today, I've been doing pretty much all highway driving and i got home and had this noise (info in vid, i still haven't mastered iPhone vids, sorry lol). So any ideas from my Tib experts? I listened a bit and thought it was something from the engine but its louder on the PS pump/Alternator side of the engine.
