Before leaving this forum...(Well.. that's what we've been trying to do over a year now)

Hello all,

I am sure you haven't seen my post for a while on this forum.
Where can I start..
We really have great memory being on NT.com since 2005 (I believe) when we were running our own forum and pushing all these oem to hardcore products for New tiburons along with great KDM footages of events and car build and etc.
NT.com definitely helped us to become where we are today and we still haven't forgotten about how we started and offer varies products.

Now that this platform has been out for almost 10 years now and most Korean manufactures are no longer producing parts for Newtiburons that I just didn't see any needs of being a forum sponsor.
Yet now that we have developed other ways communications such as our website,phone,email,Facebook over the years.
So we've been trying to get a hold of someone in charge of sponsorship removal for about a year now (and one point was banned over some $7 transaction lol) that it wasn't like I was ignoring what members are saying over the forum.

Make long story short,

If you ever have problems with transaction, buyers are responsible for take your own actions of contacting Paypal or something. This is one of the reasons why we are using paypal because both buyers and sellers are protected.
Please just do not sit around and wait for the parts to show up more than advertised delivery dates on our website and take proper actions like contacting us or contacting Paypal or credit card company.
In reality, we can't call or contact every single customers to insure they have received the packages or check every single tracking per transactions. So please update us if there is problem or questions.
Sure I gotta admit we do not have the best communications in the world but this is what we are trying to improve on.
Also our main office is located in Korea that things do get lost or delayed unexpected which is totally out of our control.

I'd also like to add you will barely see people leaving positive comments after transactions.
We still get about 15-30 transactions per day for new Tiburon products so the number of negative posts (pretty much every post on our sub forum) looks like we are running some shady business.
