Need help with hydra

Hi there
I finish installing ny vortech S/C kit , on my 05 tiburon and my moods are :
Headers
Exhust
V5 blower
Hydra ems
390cc injectors
NGM dual fuel pump

I got this kit used so I think the ECM still holding the map..
So my problem is wen I want to start the car with vaccum line connected to hydra the car crank and fire but dont work once I disconnect the vaccum line it's fine but don't rev up sound like shock and back fire ...:3_confuse:3_confuse
