so i have a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT, about a 2 weeks ago the alternator went, i bought a brand new one and installed it, the car it self was off the battery for the duration of the 2 weeks, and when i reconnected everything, the car fired up, but it was suppppper rough. Ive never had ignition motor problems and its always fired right up and ran smooth. The alternator was working fine, but the check engine light came on, and the car kept feeling like it wanted to stall out. As i was driving it, it started to run a bit smoother, i took it to advanced auto parts and had them pull the codes, the crank shaft sensor code came up, he said if you disconnect the batter for 15 mins and re connect it that should fix it. I drove it home, car was still driving rough, and after i disconnect the battery, it hasn't fired since. I turn the key and it cranks and cranks but wont fire. I replaced the crank shaft sensor and even then it wont fire. The fuel pumps working fine (disconnect the fuel rail and it pumps just fine) and it wants to fire on ether for a second, but then it just dies out. IDK whats the deal, if anyone has any suggestions id greatly appreciate it, im ripping my hair out over this crap.
