thats really the only way i can describe it.
i got a set of wheels with tires used and i didnt notice anything funny when i installed them on my tib
but i took it for a spin (after letting it sit for 2 months) and i noticed that the ride was preety harsh and would pulsate if i went faster than 40 mph.
this isnt the vibration caused by mix-matched uneven or in-balanced tires but an actual pulsing that increases with speed to a nausea inducing vibration at 60mph.
i jacked my car up and took off all wheels. the two rear ones were fine, the two front ones were not.
one felt like it had a few small pebbles inside of it while the other has about a quart of what seems like WATER.
i moved them to the back and my ride is vastly improved but i have not been able to find a single thin about watery liquid being in tires on the web.
and i know its not fix-a-flat or anything as that stuff becomes solid.
have any of you guys ever experienced or heard of this?
ps- all tires hold air and i have not noticed any plugs so far
