just wondering if its the cam gears or cam shafts that get regrinded when they get sent into crower....also ive been searching all day and i cant seem to understand the cam specs. i see that the popular specs are .349 lift and 210 duration and the other being .340 lift and 210 duration. which spec is better and what determines low end torque/ high end horsepower, duration or lift?
