After having my body shop order the bumper from you and it taking well over a month to arrive (understandable to some extent) my body shop called me to tell me that my bumper had arrived. I went the next day and dropped my car off at the body shop(sub 40deg weather here now), Rode my motorcycle to work for the day etc. Then a few days later I get the call from my body shop that my new Thunder-G Games front bumper isn't fitting. I go over to see what the issues are the next chance I get.
The factory bumper bar that is required by law to pass inspection for safety reasons is in the way of the bumper. The bumper can't fit over the bumper bar, it can't be removed. Now I've got my old torn up bumper off my car sitting in the shop next to a new bumper that won't fit and no car for god knows how long. My body shop has tried emailing you and only gotten automated emails for the most part, and once a unhelpful reply from an actual person, with a very long reply time.
