Cold starts suck - not ECT?

So, since getting cool outside the car doesn't like to start. Actually, it starts just fine, but will sputter and die if I don't keep blipping the throttle for a minute or two until it warms up. Once it warms up, it runs fine. No hesitation, no desire to die, idle is normal.

I assumed the engine coolant temperature sensor was on its way out. I finally got a chance to plug in my OBDII connector and launch the Torque App on my phone. Coolant is being reported where it should be, so the sensor is working. MAF flow, intake temperature, coolant temperature all being reported about where they should be.

So, what's next? I was thinking fuel filter or fuel pump possibly? But, if it were one of these, wouldn't I be having some issues on normal driving conditions too? I can mash the gas and get no hesitation or sputtering while driving (once warmed up, of course).

I have an AEM cold air intake, and an exhaust leak. I got codes from time to time for intake/exhaust leak, but haven't had them since changing the throttle body gasket. Currently the only code is for RICH condition on one of the sensors - the opposite of what I would expect. Plugs & wires were newly installed when I bought the car in July, less than 1000 miles on the car since then.
