Is this headlight lens beyond repair?

I just wanted to see what you guys think and what are some options besides replacing both headlights. If a professional restoration place can't do anything with these, can they be night-shaded or will he shaded plastic covers work make them look better? My son would also wont to add AE's at some point.



This pic is before I used Turtle Wax's headlight restore but it didn't much to fix the problem.
