Car not responding to Key FOB arm/disarm...

So the symptoms are as such:

The Key FOB allegedly indicates a signal out via the red LED whenever the arm or disarm button is pressed. However the car does not seem to pick up the signal as the locks do nothing as well as the factory alarm (no side blinker indication).

So I checked the battery. It was reading 3.010 vDC on the multimeter so enough to push the signal but i replaced it anyways. New battery (3.20 vDC) shows no improvement.

I retouched the solder points where the battery harness "+/-" leads contact the PCB to be thorough but alas, the car does not respond.

I checked the BCM fuse panel hoping to identify a fuse for the keyless entry but I didn't see anything. I haven't physically checked them all though, just in case there is one contributing to my issue.

I'll have to find my spare key fob to see if it works, but I'm at work now and the no response started when i tried to arm/lock the car when I got to work this morning.

For the record, the last time it responded was also this morning, as I unlocked the car in my driveway, beginning my journey to work.

So has anyone else encounter this issue? Searching for keyless entry problems on NT revealed nothing than what I already knew. Have I missed anything?
