Head unit rebooting/shutting down

Hey guys,

So recently my head unit has been randomly rebooting in my car. I thought it was battery corrosion but it seems to have come back. I also noticed that my back license plate light has been mildly flickering, as well as my head lights and tail lights whenever I temporarily hooked up a friend's subs to the car. It sounds like a wiring issue but what do you guys think? Should I take it to the dealership?
