2.0 revving problem

o am tryin to fix a problem with a 02 elantra 2.0. I know it has the same motor as the 2.0 tib so i thought maybe u guys could help as my experiance has been mostly on the 2.7 tib. Ok so Had this idle problem where it continuously revs from 1.5k rpm to 3k rpm. I have replaced the tps, iacv, and redid wiring for the tps(signal wire had a slight cut on it). And also as as u can see the throttle body flapper isnt moving either as it revs up and down. Oh and i know the intake hose to valve cover isnt connected, but i did connect it and no difference was made. Did volt/continuity checks on wires and sensors and everything is good. I previously changed the clutch and after putting everything back together this is what happened. On the good side the clutch works like a champ now! haaha
