The cassette tape player in my 2003 Tiburon broke. It won't eject or play my cassette adapter, so it's stuck in there.
I called my dealership to see if the radio assembly it was covered under warranty. They said they'd check. Turns out, the radio assembly part is no longer in production, so they can't replace it even if they wanted to.
They also can't check if it's covered under my warranty because of a lack of a part number (it's not even in the system). I have some sort of extended warranty (10 year, good through 2013) and am wondering if I'm covered.
So what are my options at this point? Am I just completely screwed? I don't want to go aftermarket and am not looking to purchase a stock headunit from someone else...looking for a more official route or response from Hyundai.
