Cam belt jumped a tooth or two...

I posted a while back after my car stalled and then refused to even crank. Sure enough, my worst fear was confirmed: the cam belt slipped a tooth due to a 'premature' failure of a tensioner. The place I took the car more likely did not replace the tensioners when I had the belt done 45k mi ago in the opinion of the mechanic who looked at it, but that's neither here nor there.

I've taken apart everything that needs to be removed to change the spark plugs, but I've never gone deeper than that. I did a little searching, and found this: http://www.newtiburon.com/forums/sho...r+head+install

It gave me a few new questions about what all is involved with installing new heads, but at the moment, I'm curious about what all I need to do to uninstall the ones that are in there now to get a better idea of what happened. If it is just a matter of replacing the heads, I'm willing to give it a shot. I have a new primary car (a Fiat, lol), but I love my Tib and don't want to let it go.

Is there anything I should know before I start unbolting stuff? I'll pick up a Chilton's before I tear in, but any advice would be awesome.

Thanks!
