power steering is non existant probably rack and pinion

ok so earlier in the year i had an issue with my power steering finally was able to get it repaired 7 months later. and now its gone again. original cause was the high pressure line and the pump which i had both replaced. about a month ago i was putting new tie rod ends on and after a couple days i lost power steering again. so i now its not the pump or the pressure line however im thinking i damaged the rack and pinion when i was trying to removed the passenger tie rod end.....

in short can anyone help me bc if it is the rack ill need to replace it and i need to know what the process of doing that is bc im pretty sure taking it to a shop to be replaced is out of my budget.
