Caving in to stealership

So I'm finally caving in and shelling out 350 for the f/l bumper from the stealership. My only concern is that people have told me it doesn't come with a certain support bracket that is needed. I wanted to ask people who have ordered a bumper from the dealership if this is true an if so what is that bracket called so I can order it as well? Thanks a lot guys.

P.S. I'm still willing to buy one off another member if you guys and gals know of anyone looking to sell ;)
