55W HID Kit

I'm looking to order a 55W HID kit from DDM Tunning, few questions if anyone would be so kind to help

1) When i receive them and put them in, do i up the fuses? If so what amount should i put in? 55W 8000k Low Beam

2) Do the 55W need to be hard wired to battery? Is there any difference with 35W / 55W When it comes to how they're installed?
