HID's and Fogs not working??

Last night my HID's and my Fogs stopped working. My angel eyes and my day time running lights still work and also my Hi beams when i turn them on. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. Does anyone know what it could be? If it makes a difference, my gauges reset sometimes when i used to turn my HID's on.
