hello there i will soon be a tibby owner and just wanted to say hello and give a brief on whats going on .... i'm getting a 2003 tibby GT it's black with black leather interior etc.. it has close to hundred thousand miles, mostly highway miles etc the previous owners used it to travel out of town alot due to its MPG... im getting it from a friend of the family .. the only issues with it is the charcoal thing ive read so much about on here... when filling up with gas the pump stops due to gas fill up ... ive been reading up on it here and it seems to be the charcoal canister thingy ... also the passenger side window stopped working which could be the motor ... those are the only two things wrong with this car ... too me they are pretty minor and a easy fix .. it's a automatic .... the car is in great shape inside and out and runs great too ..brand new tires also , no mechanical issues at all ......... here's another thing, i'm only paying $ 1,500 for it ....uh huh

the friend who has it just got a brand new vehicle and is just looking to get rid of it so it's not just sitting around .. they were gonna give it to their 16 yrd old but felt the car was too sporty and quick on wheels and was afraid their kiddo would get into trouble .... and with that price i jumped all over it ...

i've been checking these cars out for a few years now and have been wanting one.. i'm looking forward to having it and plan on doing more things to it... this forum has helped me learn somethings about the tibby and i'm looking forward to learning even more ... so you should be hearing from me on here and i may have some questions and such ....and glad to soon be a part of the tibby family :cool:
