Hello, new to posting but I have been using this site for useful info for two years or so...
Anyway, I recently had to replace a blown engine with a used one. The swap went well, the only thing is now that it is all back together and starts just fine I went to test drive it and now it will not shift from first gear. Reverse is fine but in D it just revs really high and does not go to 2nd. It is a 03' v6 automatic, only mods are CAI and headers. I used a OBD II code reader and got a p0335 which is the crank position sensor.
Is it possible that the faulty CPS could cause this or is there something else I should check for?
Thanks
