I have a check engine light on and it reads code p0444 purge control curcuit open. I know thisnhas something to do with the purge control valve but what exactly is the problem? I replaced my purge control valve 4 months ago, my old one was bad and my car didnt want to start when i got gas. Since then the car has run fine but this light has come on 3 times. Whats the problem and how do i fix it.
