loss cluster and tail-lights, power windows and turn signals all at once

I have a 2003 GT 6cyl automatic and lossed cluster and tail-lights and power windows and turn signals all at once. Any idea what would cause this to all fail at the same time? Brake and Head lights works, runs and shifts fine.
