1st 2nd 3rrrrrrrddddd 4th

Have an 04 v6 4speed auto and i find when shifting to 3rd gear i get a long shift, with some kind of a stutter it always goes in just takes a bit all the other gears are instant.... anyone have this issue or heard anything about this? does it in tiptronic and in just D.
