Are aftermarket bumpers already fitted?

like the ones you can buy on andysautosport?
would I have to get any cutting or shaving done?

I got into a minor car accident yesterday and I need to replace both bumpers. But I don't want to lay down the $300 per bumper that the repair shop is asking for.
