Can't remember for the life of me. Fidanza flywheel

Alright guys clutch is going out for the 3rd time. Im just going to go strait performance. BUT I can't remember which fidanza flywheel to get for the life of me since I know one of them doesn't work.
I have an 03 2.7 gt v6 5 speed with the dual mass flywheel.

I know it was either the t5 or the t6 that doesn't line up.
