Help!!! i have a weird short and don't know where to start!

I was working on my car yesterday: changed my oil, refilled coolant, cleaned corrosion off battery terminals, and took off my passanger side door panel to tighten the screws on my custom fitted speaker (it was vibrating when the bass hit) ....the only wires i touched were the ones from the door panel to disconnect them (eg. door light, and window switch) and to take the panel off.

I put it all back together, tested the speaker to make sure it doesnt vibrate anymore but didnt try to start the car. this morning i try to start it to go to work and it acted really weird....

so when i switch it to the ACC position, radio works fine, no problem, but when i turn it to ON ...i hear a short click and everything turns off!!!! no radio, no dash lights, do dome lights! ....when switching from ACC to ON, the dash lights TRY to turn on for a half a second... one time they actually stayed on, until i depressed the clutch and as soon as i try to start the car, same thing...click, nothing.

any idea what could've gone wrong???? what can I check??

oh, I also took out my sub because i needed to replace something on it (worked fine, no problems at all until now. After troubleshooting i disconnected all the wires that go to the sub's amp (custom amp, not stock)

and i did a big oops and had my battery connected when i unplugged the door panel plugs...

HELP! :(
