NGM Programmer Help

Ok so I just sold the NGM Programmer here on the forums. I want to make sure that it wasn't just a one time tune. I know the access ports save the tune onto the programmer for use anytime. Can anyone confirm about what happens with the programmer?

Also, if anyone remembers how exactly to tune it. TC went MIA and stopped paying for HHOP so there's no way of pulling up the right instructions.
