About a year ago I wrote to this forum about a weird problem that occured after installing a new stereo head unit in my daughter's 04 Tib GT. After putting the center bezel back on, I couldn't get all of the lights for the A/C, Recirc, Rear Defrost buttons and the three knobs, Vent Selector, Fan Speed & Temp to light back up. The weird thing was that when I first put the bezel back on, I'd get maybe the A/C & rear defrost button and vent selector & temp knob to light up. Pulled it back off and tried it again only to get the recirc & A/C button and speed & vent selector knob to light up. Tried it a few more times and got a few more combinations of lights, but never all of them at once. They worked fine before I changed the head unit and it all came apart without any problem so I really don't think that I could have damaged anything in the harness. The fact that all of the lights do work but just not together makes me think that the problem wouldn't be in the bezel. Does anyone have any idea of what's going on here? I guess I could turn the lights on to see if they work with the bezel off. ???:alex:
