accesory belt issues

i've had my tiburon for about 6 months now and my accesory belt started squeaking....so i changed it, along with the tensioner and idler pulley. when installing it back on the car i noticed that the belt doesnt sit completely centered on the tensioner and rather a bit offset toward the timing belt cover. the squeaking noise is seemingly coming from the belt rubbing on the cover (and it's tearing my belt apart slowly...and annoyingly)

has anyone else had this issue or know what the cause may be...or suggest some troubleshooting tips and solutions? any help is appreciated, thank you!
