will the 2008 (later model tiburon) leather seats fit in an 03-04 tibby?

I know they have airbags in them and obviously you cannot connect them. But was wondering if anyone has done the 08 (late tiburon) seat install on the first or second generation tiburons.

Are they a direct install? No hasalls and no headaches?
