03-04 Bumper *Chopped*

I seen a few different 03-04 Bumper chops so I figured I'd try, this isn't the finished product yet, still working on it and getting new ideas..

Right now, its missing something in my opinion and a few others..













The black mesh isn't working out very well, hard to see...
