o2 sensor heater codes CEL. Please help!!

Alright finally got my eml scanner in. These are my codes

P0140 Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1 – no acitivty detected Wiring, heating inoperative, HO2S, ECM Oxygen sensor (O2S) 2, bank 1 – no activity detected Wiring, O2S, ECM
P0132 Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1, bank 1 – high voltage Wiring short to positive, HO2S, ECM Oxygen sensor (O2S) 1, bank 1 – high voltage Wiring short to positive, O2S, ECM
P0038 Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1, heater control – circuit high Wiring short to positive, HO2S, ECM
P0031 Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1, bank 1, heater control – circuit low Wiring short to ground, HO2S, ECM


When I installed my header I thought I extended the o2 sensors correctly. I used 14 gauge wire that was a bit larger of a diameter. I soldered them not just twisted wires. So can I re attempt to connect these wires? should I just go ahead and buy new ones? Any other suggestions what could be causing this? Fuses?
