CVVT by RPM???????

I sent my Mega squirt to be fixed and while it is being fixed he sent me this

"Since the MS2 has less output than the MS1 !! i removed the Fan low speed
output and keep the Fan Hi speed output. Also no pinout for warmup
activate CVVT but in the output setting I added it so the CVVT is
activated form a trig point RPM and CLT trig point for 50% CVVT duty ,
same for 100% duty CVVT outűt. If you want a window RPM CVVT activation
you ll need to remove the second condition based on CLT and use the RPM
condition."

I don't know if anything has changed since I have been away, but is this possible now? Can we now control our VVT to be based on RPM's?
