Where is my order???

I ordered and paid for a T emblem 3 weeks ago, I wrote SFR asking for a tracking # a couple times, no reply. I opened up a paypal claim on them a week ago, still no communication at all. I have no idea if it was shipped or if they are just gonna take my money and run. The funny thing is i only ordered this small item to see how the customer service works. I wanted to order thousands of dollars of stuff from these guys too....
