Throw out bearing has play and makes noise at idle

Hey so I had my original clutch in for a while and the throw out bearing made a really loud noise when at idle and the pedal was not engaged so when I finally got a new clutch kit a couple weeks ago my friend and I installed the clutch kit and flywheel and there was no more noise from the throw out bearing. That was saturday and now not even a whole week later the throw out bearing is starting to make a rattling noise again at idle. Does anyone know if this is a common thing and if not how to fix it.
