possible flywheel issue?

ive recently got a new spec stage 1 clutch and f1 cm flywheel installed. went through the proper 500 mile break in period while babying the clutch and now since i have gone well passed 500 miles now it seems as though its still not broken in yet? at least thats what it feels like. 1st gear is still pretty rough and shakes unless i rev it high, about 2k rpm. now, from what ive read on here thats normal because the flywheel wont grab properly unless the car is revved a little higher.

its also almost impossible to ride the clutch at all without a lot of shaking coming out of first. i dont mean holding it on hill, which doesnt seem possible anyways, i just mean in general coming out of first i either have to go, or just push the clutch in and stop. it seems like hesitation isnt possible

also down shifting is not smooth at all. down shifting into 4th 3rd and 2nd the car will shake before actually changing gears. not sure if this is normal as well but its quite annoying. now as far as the clutch and flywheel grabbing its great. in fact its excellent. i just wanted to double check on here because prior to getting these two installed i did quite a bit of searching on here and from what i read was prepared for the initial shaking of chattering during the 500 mile period. but this shaking, its just not going away. reverse is also very rough for some reason.

anyone have any input?
