Auto Light Switch

Hi Folks,

One question for you about the Auto Light Switch : on the OEM one installed currently in my car (Swiss car), I have the ring located just after the auto light switch which regulates the speed of the windscreen wipers. On the one received from KSPEC, this ring is fixed and doesn't seem to rotate. Is that correct ? Is there any possibility that I keep this function with the auto light switch ?
